This is not totally a mute Monday, but I am letting the flowers take over in this post. Here are some flowers blooming in my yard. What is starting to bloom in your garden?

Jayne,
Don’t you just love the planting possibilities this time of year? Love all the plants you’ve shown and the joy they bring.

Great time to make color combination choices. Once the season is upon us and the tasks begin to multiply, the color selection goes out the window!

So much lovely color in your yard already, Jayne! Your snapdragons are gorgeous! Here in Zone 5b, we are still having nights in the 20s and light snowfalls. Right now, we have lots of daffodils, forsythia, and scilla in bloom. Our quince and magnolia are just beginning to show color this week. I look forward to daily walks through the garden just to see what’s blooming! I’m hoping to rake and mow the grass this week. It will be so nice to spend time outside! ♡

I remember being inside for many months of Winter and the freedom to just walk outside in the garden becomes such a pleasure – no boots and scarves and mittens!
